The Flight Deck Experience: Terms and Conditions

  • The Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum will make every effort to ensure you have a fun experience in our Boeing 737 Flight Simulator.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time and for any reason.
  • If you are experiencing cold-like symptoms or are not feeling well, for the safety of our instructors, please call us as soon as possible to cancel your flight and we will be happy to re-book for you. 902-873-3773.
  • Due to the volatile nature of computer hardware and software, if issues prevent a successful flight, ACAM will refund the amount paid should technical or other conditions arise which prevent the successful completion of a flight.
  • The Instructor will cancel a flight if their instructions aren’t followed and the result is damage to the simulator or the Renter willfully causes damage. In this situation we reserve the right to not refund.
  • Should an Instructor become unavailable, ACAM will make every reasonable effort to contact bookings prior to their arrival to inform them of the cancellation but this is not guaranteed.
  • The minimum age for individuals allowed to fly is 12. Persons under 12 are allowed to be inside and watch.
  • The Renter will occupy the Captain’s seat (left) and the Instructor, the First officer’s seat (right).
  • A maximum of two persons will be allowed to share a one hour flight.
  • When 2 persons share time, only one person can fly at a time and they will determine that sharing.
  • A maximum of 4 persons is permitted in the simulator including the Instructor at any time.
  • Due to the layout of the controls and the confined area, the simulator is not an accessible space.
  • Renter’s are required to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to their flight to make payment in the Gift Shop and be ready so their flight starts on time.
